The goal of MAT is to increase range of motion, improve the function of your muscular system (whether for sports or daily activities), and
prevent injury through improved muscle contractibility (keeping joints stable through all ranges of motion). My goal is to help you do the
things you love, for as long as you want, without being limited by pain or tightness in your body.

Unlike ART, deep tissue massage, and some chiropractic, MAT is not painful. While some spots will be tender due to inflammation, you should not expect to be in pain during a session.
